This page is all about making seamless background tiles.

I chose an image, and create a swatch using 5 colours from the image.

Using three of the colours above, I made a gradient in PSP.

Next I made a tile using the third lightest shade
I used Eye Candy 3 Swirl Effect.

Then to make it seamless, I used PSP Image Effects.

To finish my page off, I used a plain tile from the swatch

You'll notice the fancier border on this page.
Pages can be as plain or as fancy as suits ones style and web pages.
